The laser eye surgery review site say the new layout makes their services ‘simpler than ever’.

Launched in 2002, the website is the UK’s largest independent laser eye surgery review resource, with over 8,800 unique user reviews. It was created to help patients make informed decisions about their laser eye surgery, aided by impartial reviews and patient appraisals.

The re-launch sees improved resources throughout the site, ranging from eye health tips and procedure guides to individual profiles of clinics and practitioners. It also claims to make finding the right information, reviews and services simpler than before.

Lasik Eyes works closely with some of the UK’s leading eye surgeons, and promotes transparency throughout the site.

Dr. Alexander Ionides of Moorfields Eye Hospital, London, said: “Some people will want to go to various different facilities and have 2 or 3 consultations beforehand to be able to compare the advice they are given to make sure it’s the same. Lasik-Eyes offers that as well as offering people the chance to meet a surgeon and find out more about them to make a more informed decision.”
