The regenerative era has arrived at CCR London

CCR London returns on 1–2 October 2026, and the conversation on the show floor has shifted. Patients are no longer asking to look different. They want to look like themselves, only healthier, brighter and more resilient for longer.

This is aesthetics meeting the biohacking generation. The same clients tracking their sleep scores, booking red-light sessions and reading about healthspan now expect their clinic to speak the language of skin longevity, cellular renewal and preventative aesthetics. “Quick fix” is out. “Activate what’s already yours” is in.

CCR London 2026 has been built around that shift. Here is The Harley Street Journal’s edit of the show: the three themes worth following, and five brands we think capture where the market is heading.

Three themes to follow

1. Longevity goes medical. The Medical Longevity Summit returns for its fourth year, now across two stages: the Future Health Forum and The Discovery Stage. This year’s theme is “inside-out ageing”, optimising metabolic health for longer, better lives, with female health running through the programme.

2. Regeneration leads. The Innovation Trail, handpicked by the Aesthetics Journal from the past 12 months of launches, reads like a regenerative aesthetics glossary. Exosomes, NAD+, genomic personalisation and skin barrier longevity all feature. Guided tours leave the Aesthetics Lounge at 3pm each day.

3. New to the UK. The Korea Zone brings technology new to the UK market, and The Injectable Experience is a hands-on lab for comparing products with brand experts. Look out for the Hair, Scalp & Skin Stage on Day 2, and the first Aesthetics Results Awards winners, announced at 14:00 on Friday.

Five brands on our radar

1. ADVATx: the laser that works with the skin, not against it (Stand E70)

If 2026 has a buzzword for energy-based devices, it is inclusive. ADVATx combines two wavelengths, 589nm yellow light and 1319nm, in one platform. It targets oxyhaemoglobin and water rather than melanin, which is why it can treat skin types I–V.

For patients, that means one device for the concerns they post about most: rosacea, redness, thread veins, active acne, acne scarring and overall skin quality. For clinic owners, the headline is commercial. There are no consumables, so every treatment protects your margin.

Why it’s hot: the “skin first” movement has made clear, calm, even-toned skin the ultimate status symbol. ADVATx offers a no-downtime route to that glass-skin finish, with real results to show patients before they book.

Visit: Stand E70. Ask for a live demo and see how ADVATx fits into a treatment menu.

2. LongevHA and ElysiHA: skin longevity, bottled (Dr Adams, Stand C19)

The biggest shift in injectables is from volume to vitality. Patients want undetectable results, better texture and skin that ages well. That is exactly where Dr Adams is placing its bets, with two brands showcased together on Stand C19.

LongevHA is the Caromed injectable built around the idea of skin longevity: treating the quality of the skin, not just the lines on it. It speaks directly to the prejuvenation patient in their late twenties and thirties, and to the patient in midlife who wants to invest in their skin rather than overhaul it.

ElysiHA is the one to watch. A PDRN regenerative skin booster with dedicated Face and Eyes variants, it lands at CCR London as a stop on its UK Global Launch Tour. PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) is one of the most searched ingredients in regenerative aesthetics, and the eye area remains one of the most requested, least solved treatment zones in clinic.

Why it’s hot: skin boosters are the gateway treatment for a generation that never wants to look “done”. Together, LongevHA and ElysiHA tell a complete longevity skincare story, from first appointment to long-term maintenance plan.

Visit: Stand C19. Be among the first UK clinics to see ElysiHA up close.

Two of our five picks come from CCR’s Innovation Trail, ten launches from the past 12 months handpicked by the Aesthetics Journal. Guided tours leave the Aesthetics Lounge at 3pm each day.

3. BIOguided Aesthetics: biohacking, meet the clinic (Innovation Trail)

If one launch sums up the personalised aesthetics movement, it is this. BIOguided is a genomic-led platform that tailors regenerative and skin health treatments to the individual.

Why it’s hot: the biohacking patient already knows their biomarkers. Data-driven aesthetics meets them there, moving the consultation from “what would you like?” to “what does your skin need?”.

4. Novasonix: meet Regenerative Intelligence™ (Stand K9)

If biohacking had a device philosophy, it would sound like this: Your Body Already Knows. That is the belief behind Regenerative Intelligence™, the brand platform for HEBE from Novasonix, making its UK debut at CCR London alongside NOVAPRESS.

HEBE is a 448kHz radiofrequency platform with four delivery types, powered by the brand’s proprietary HEBEGY™ and SMART TIME™ technologies. Its global campaign, Fit Into Your Natural Skin, and its promise, Activate What’s Already Yours, capture the new mood perfectly. The goal is not to override the body, but to work with its own regenerative intelligence.

Why it’s hot: the wellness-meets-aesthetics clinic is one of the defining models of 2026. Patients who already invest in recovery, performance and longevity want technology that fits that mindset.

Visit: Stand K9 for HEBE and NOVAPRESS.

HEBE is a CE-marked medical device. Its certified intended purpose covers musculoskeletal, rheumatic and pelvic floor applications. Aesthetic applications fall outside that certified scope.

5. EMFUSION by BTL Aesthetics: the barrier becomes the brief (Innovation Trail)

Skin barrier longevity is fast becoming a category of its own. EMFUSION from BTL Aesthetics uses the brand’s patented DYNAMiQ® technology, and is one of the Aesthetics Journal’s Innovation Trail picks.

Why it’s hot: sensitised, over-treated skin is one of the most common complaints in clinic. A treatment built around barrier health fits the skinimalism era, where patients want fewer, smarter steps.

The new landscape in one line

The brands to watch at CCR London 2026 share one idea: the best results come from helping the skin and body do what they already know how to do. Regeneration over correction. Longevity over quick fixes. Natural over “done”.
