This new membership platform will give practitioners access to clinical education, career guidance, business support and more than two decades of real-world industry experience.

Award-winning Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber, Clinical Director and entrepreneur Kelly Saynor has announced the launch of The Practitioner Hub™, a new online membership created to support practitioners throughout the realities of building a safe, credible and sustainable career in aesthetics.

Launching on 10th August 2026, ‘The Hub’ has been developed in response to what Saynor believes is a significant gap within the sector: practitioners may complete individual treatment courses, but many are then left without the ongoing guidance, context and mentorship needed to navigate clinical practice, regulation, prescribing, patient management and business ownership.

The Practitioner Hub™ provides a growing library of concise, practical education, with members and non-members able to book onto Kelly’s live Q&A and webinar sessions as they’re released.

Content covers subjects including entering the aesthetics industry, choosing appropriate training pathways, consultation and patient assessment, prescribing, chemical peels, treating skin of colour, regulation, product selection, setting up and developing a business, and responding to the clinical and professional challenges practitioners encounter in everyday practice.

Membership gives practitioners ongoing access to this and future content, with new modules unlocking regularly over the course of the year. Alongside their membership, practitioners can also book onto Kelly’s live Q&A and webinar sessions — bookable individually and open to members and non-members alike — for direct, real-time access to her clinical and commercial experience.

Kelly said:

“There is no shortage of treatment training in aesthetics, but learning how to perform a treatment is only one part of becoming a good practitioner. So many people complete a course and are then left trying to work out the rest alone—how to consult properly, how to choose the right training, how to manage difficult cases, how prescribing works, how regulation affects them and how to build a business without compromising their clinical standards. “I have spent more than 20 years working across nursing, dermatology and medical aesthetics, and I have trained practitioners throughout the UK. The questions I’m asked are rarely limited to how to perform a treatment. Practitioners want honest answers, perspective and guidance from someone who understands both patient care and the commercial realities of running a clinic. “The Practitioner Hub™ is my way of making that support available to far more people. It is the resource I would have valued enormously when I was finding my own way through the industry.”

The Practitioner Hub™ has been intentionally designed as something distinct from a conventional training academy. It will not replace regulated qualifications, accredited treatment training or appropriate clinical supervision. Instead, it will sit alongside practitioners’ formal education as an evolving source of mentorship, knowledge and practical professional support.

Content will continue to grow in response to developments within the sector and the real questions submitted by Hub members.

Saynor added:

“This is not about pretending there is one perfect route into aesthetics or one answer for every practitioner. It is about giving people the knowledge to ask better questions, make safer decisions and build careers they can be proud of.

“I want practitioners to feel that they have somewhere credible to turn—whether they are considering their first course, managing a challenging patient, trying to understand regulation or wondering how to move their business forward.”

Membership of The Practitioner Hub™ is available from £29 per month, with live Q&A and webinar sessions bookable separately starting from £50 per session (discounted for subscribers).
