Skincare brand Zo Skin Health, owned by Zein Obagi, MD, introduces its new Ossential Lash Ensuring Serum, which will be available to buy from March 2015.
Ossential serum is the company’s first non-skincare launch, and is said to work in as little as a few days. When polled, 90% of people trialling the product recorded a noticeable improvement in the appearance of their eyelashes within 4 weeks.
The product has been subject to clinical and ophthalmological trials, and is hypo-allergenic. It will retail at £50 for 3.6ml.
Dr. Rachel Eckel, a cosmetic dermatologist, said:
“Like all cells, hair follicles are susceptible to the menace of ageing. The practice of enhancing their appearance dates back thousands of years but sadly, many of these measures harm the follicular health, causing breaking and sparseness […] Ossential Lash Enhancing Serum employs cutting edge nourishing technology to safely optimise lash growth and fortify the health. A potent meld of proprietary peptides targets all cellular stages of hair maturation to yield glossy eyelashes that are fuller, darker and robust.”
