On March 25, 2014 the United States Magistrate Judge in Northern California DENIED the Motion for Preliminary Injunction, filed by Zeltiq Aesthetics against BTL Industries.
In the action, Zeltiq alleged that BTL falsely advertised its Vanquish device, causing “irreparable harm” to Zeltiq in the US.
The trial for permanent injunction has now been set for June 15, 2015.
