MACOM Medical is proud to announce and welcome Nadja Collin and Nidia Valice to the MACOM team, Nadja as Sales, Digital PR and Marketing Manager and Nidia as Operations Manager, Designer and Customer Services.
Nidia has experienced many areas of the fashion and beauty industries. One of her key strengths is her ability to combine her knowledge of fashion with her experience in Customer Service.
Over her career she has specialized in design, social media, product coordination, customer service and operations management. Nidia is a graduate of Fashion Design at Anhembi Morumbi University, São Paulo, and holds a Masters in Brand Management. She has improved her experience with Customer Service working with some of the biggest brands such as Harrods in her most recent role – and she is bringing the best of this experience to MACOM.
Nidia is an Italian Brazilian. She has lived and worked in some of the great fashion cities like São Paulo and Milan prior to moving to London to chase new challenges and create new goals. Nadja has a decade of experience working in the Aesthetic and Cosmetic Surgery industry. Her industry exposure spans from sales, social and digital media, event management, CQC regulated clinic management and marketing. Most recently Nadja worked for an award winning medispa where she worked with SME to improve operations, productivity and facilitate growth initiatives.
Nadja is an avid blogger and holds a Bachelor of Design, Business and Marketing degree from Metropolitan University. She has specialized expertise in Cosmetic Surgery Industry, the Aesthetic Market (Productivity & Asset Management) and Business Development (Lead Development and Negotiations). Nadja is originally from Sweden, she and her dog Mr. Hugo live in London. Nadja spends her leisure time painting, keeping fit and enjoying a healthy lifestyle. Nadja is also active in the community as support worker for Crisis.
