Avalon Couches: Proud To Be British

February 5, 2015 by CarlFrascina

Avalon Couches, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of treatment beds to Aesthetic Clinics, Medi Spas and the Complementary Therapy sector, take pride in the fact that all their products are manufactured entirely in Britain.

To produce their treatment beds, the Wiltshire based company use only the highest quality components and the most highly skilled manufacturing and assembly crafts and techniques. Steelwork for the frames is produced by specialist fabricators in nearby county Wiltshire. Assembling the frames, the electric motors and the fitting of the cushions is undertaken by experts in Andover where the company is based.

Avalon manager, Debbie Pearson said: “We’re committed to the performance and reliability of our products. Customers who buy a bed from us can be assured they’re getting a product of the highest quality and at a great price. Because we’re confident that our prices are the most competitive we promise to match any like for like price.

“The fact that all elements of our beds are crafted in the UK means that, in the unlikely event of any problems, we’re able to respond very quickly to supply spare parts. This means our customers suffer less ‘down time’ when waiting for replacement parts, something other companies who use manufacturers from abroad can’t compete with.”

Avalon now produce the new ‘Volupturest’, now widely known as the ‘boob hole’ bed which made its TV debut on a reality TV show. This unique bed has been designed with a removable section for clients with bigger, delicate or sensitive breasts to rest and be supported during treatments.

Also included in Avalon’s range of luxury beds is the ‘MultiStyle’. All moving parts are elegantly encased within a sculpted fibreglass base, making the bed much easier to clean and providing extra free space underneath to give the therapist more legroom when seated ensuring both the client and the therapist enjoy maximum comfort.

As well as aesthetic clinics, hotels, hospices and hospitals, Avalon supply bespoke couches to spas, beauticians and therapists. Avalon has adapted beds for the Harley Street Cancer Centre by altering the length of the rods that sit between the arm pad and face cradle, making it more comfortable for patients receiving treatment for breast cancer.

All Avalon couches are available for immediate delivery from stock and carry a comprehensive three year guarantee. Avalon can supply beds to anywhere in the UK and overseas.
