Cosmetic Clinic Launches Madonna-Lift Using Nithya Collagen Boosters

December 6, 2016 by CarlFrascina

A top UK cosmetic clinic has introduced an innovative anti-ageing ‘hand-lift’ treatment to help patients improve the appearance of veiny hands.

The Madonna-Lift – which is being pioneered by the Meso Clinic – uses Nithya collagen injections to firm and rejuvenate the back of the hands.

Unlike dermal filler injections, which have been offered previously as a solution to ageing hands by filling the hollowness with a synthetic substance, collagen boosting injections actively stimulate natural collagen production.

Providing a long-term and natural-looking anti-ageing result, the skin rejuvenation treatment costs just £250 and lasts – unlike fillers – for years not months.

This revolutionary new skin plumping treatment is designed to holistically improve the production of new collagen, helping to reduce fine lines, improve volume and reduce the appearance of protruding veins.

The use of revitalising collagen is a first for UK aesthetic clinics keen to offer a more natural-looking anti-ageing option. Results are long-lasting, and unlike dermal fillers which use man-made substances and may produce lumpy results, Nithya works in harmony with your natural tissue structure, making the Madonna-Lift a more holistic anti-ageing solution.

A leading cosmetic doctor devised the 10-minute treatment after numerous patients visited the aesthetic clinic seeking a quick and pain-free solution to ‘old lady hands’.

Dr. Shadi Eddin says he realised there was a market for a new collagen boosting treatment after patients visited him complaining of their ‘Madonna hands’.

“When it comes to visible signs of ageing we often only consider the face, but there are numerous parts of the body which can also give away your age; the hands are most certainly one! Thanks to Nithya collagen booster injections from Vida Aesthetics I’m now able to offer women the Madonna-Lift – a safe and long-term solution to veiny hands lacking natural volume.”

“Our non-surgical aesthetic treatments are designed to support the development of a healthy body image and to revitalise the way patients look and feel about themselves. Hand rejuvenation is set to be an upcoming trend for 2017 in my opinion, and we’re delighted to be at the forefront of the anti-ageing revolution by offering a hand lift treatment we know improves our patients’ happiness.”

The Meso Clinic offers a comprehensive range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments that rejuvenate and refresh the appearance.

The Madonna-Lift using Nithya collagen-boosting injections is available at the Meso Clinic now. Vida Aesthetics, the supplier of Nithya, is a UK-based company and offers advanced aesthetic training and a portfolio of medical-grade cosmetic products. Vida Aesthetics Launches Nithya Collagen Booster in UK

August 31, 2016 by CarlFrascina

Product company Vida Aesthetics has launched collagen booster Nithya to aesthetic clinics nationwide.

A truly unique form of pain-less anti-ageing treatment, Nithya is the first skin rejuvenation injectable made from equine-sourced protein available in the UK.

This revolutionary new skin plumping treatment is designed to holistically improve the production of new collagen, helping to ease fine lines around the eyes, improve facial volume in areas such as the cheeks, and can even improve the appearance of the décolletage.

The revitalising protein, which is derived from the tendons of horses, is a first for UK aesthetic clinics keen to offer a more natural-looking anti-ageing option. Results are long-lasting, and unlike wrinkle reduction treatments like Botox which paralyse the muscles and dermal fillers which can leave the face looking over-filled, Nithya works in harmony with your natural tissue structure.

Plumper, firmer looking skin without potentially harmful chemicals

After reaching the age of 25, we lose up to 1.5% of collagen from our skin each year thereafter. The resulting appearance of wrinkles and hollow-looking cheeks – due to the loss of our natural collagen – can be mitigated by replenishing it.

And this can now be achieved through treatment with Nithya; an injectable product containing protein sourced from horses which is designed for the regeneration and reconstruction of tissues.

Ideal for use as an anti-ageing and volume correction treatment, this is a Class III medical device. During the non-surgical treatment – which costs from £250 – the heterologous Type I collagen powder is mixed with water before being injected into areas of the face such as the cheeks and under eye. A topical gel is applied before hand to ensure patient comfort throughout.

Nithya is clinically proven to stimulate the production of new fibroblasts post-treatment to create native Type III collagen; a process that is fundamental in cosmetic medicine and anti-ageing treatments. It has been found to be specifically effective in post-menopausal women who have seen their collagen production slow down quickly.

Cosmetic nurse and skin specialist Miss. Bianca Estelle from BEA Skin Clinic was one of the first aesthetic professionals to trial the collagen booster and said:

“I have been using Nithya in my clinic for a few months now and the results are already impressive. It’s great we can offer this in combination with anti-wrinkle treatments such as fillers, or as a skin rejuvenation and volume restoring treatment of its own.”

Eddy Emilio, Director of Vida Aesthetics, who is pioneering the unique equine protein treatment in the UK says the launch of Nithya is already proving popular with his clients.

“This exceptional collagen-boosting product is proven to be safe, has had no reported side effects, is hypoallergenic and gives excellent results. We truly believe this could rival the results of established but overused anti-ageing cosmetic treatments,” he said.

“This is the only commercially available Type I collagen intended for aesthetic use in the country, and we’re already getting rave reviews from cosmetic doctors thanks to its excellent results and numerous areas it can improve the appearance of. The idea of using protein sourced from horses may seem quirky, but we’re certain this is the future of anti-ageing!”

Collagen boosting treatments using Nithya will be available for men and women in clinics nationwide from September 1st 2016 and start from £250. Results last 6-12 months.

EVENT: Vida Aesthetics’ Latest Collagen Injectable at RSM

July 31, 2016 by CarlFrascina

Medical aesthetics company Vida Aesthetics has been announced as the exclusive UK distributor of NITHYA.

The highly anticipated launch a new collagen regenerating injectable, took place in London on Tuesday 26th July, and saw selected VIP guests fly in from as far as Australia to hear more about Vida Aesthetics’ latest product: NITHYA.

Designed to replenish natural collagen aiding the regeneration and reconstruction of skin tissues, NITHYA is ideal for use as an anti-aging and volume correction treatment. It is a Class III medical device.

A heterologous Type I collagen powder, the product is clinically proven to stimulate the production of new fibroblasts to create native Type III collagen, a process that is fundamental in cosmetic medicine and anti-aging treatments.

Eddy Emilio, Director of Vida Aesthetics, says the launch of NITHYA is already proving popular with his clients.

“This collagen boosting product is safe, has had no reported side effects, is hypoallergenic and gives excellent results,” he said. “Used in combination with Lidocaine, the rejuvenation procedure is virtually painless, something we know our clients are keen to offer patients. This is the only commercially available Type I collagen intended for aesthetic use, and we’re already getting rave reviews from doctors.”

Over 40 guests attended the evening launch event, set in the iconic Royal Society of Medicine building on Wimpole Street.

Dr. Giovanni Merone kick started the invitation-only event with a 90 minute presentation on the history and science behind NITHYA, and followed the talk with a question and answer session.

Attendees then watched a live demonstration which saw the skin rejuvenation product injected by the expert, Dr. Merone.

Skin specialist Bianca Estelle from BEA Skin Clinic attended the launch at the RSM and found the presentation educational.

“I’ve attended the NITHYA collagen boosting seminar today and found it very informative. I have actually been using the product in my clinic for three weeks, so it was interesting to hear Dr. Merone speak about it and watch an expert use the product,” Bianca said.

“I treated a lady with dermal filler and this collagen boosting injection just a few weeks ago and the results are already impressive. It’s good we can use this in combination with anti-wrinkle treatments, or as a volumising treatment of its own.”

Vanessa Knight, a skin rejuvenation expert, also said:

“It was an informative talk and helped me have a greater understanding of the product. The technique we were shown was helpful to know, and the treatment appeared painless, which is something my clients will like.”

Packaged for single use, NITHYA must be placed in suspension immediately before use in WFI (Water For Injection) at a ratio of 100mg collagen to 5 ml of WFI.

Each package consists of a glass bottle containing 100mg of equine type I collagen in powder form, sterile and pyrogen-free. The product bears the CE 0373 mark.

“Vida Aesthetics offers advanced aesthetic training and a portfolio of medical-grade products. Continuing to bring opinion leaders from around the world to present educational seminars and run bespoke training sessions for our clients, we offer a unique service to not only our customers, but to the cosmetic and aesthetic industry,” Eddy concluded.
