The official launch of ResurFX took place on March 19th, with key players from the industry gathering at a top Harley Street clinic for the grand unveiling.

Lumenis, the team behind devices including M22 and Desire, welcomed both practitioners and members of the press to the exclusive event, designed to showcase their latest cutting-edge device.

The event was very well attended, delivering a full house at the PHI Clinic on Harley Street, London. Dr. Tapan Patel, a renowned skin specialist and cosmetic doctor, presented his own personal experiences with the ResurFX system, together with the work of Dr. Matteo Tretti Clementoni.

Speaking after the event, a spokesperson for Lumenis said the event had been a huge success, leading to a buzz on social media about the skin rejuvenation system.

“ResurFX is the latest non-ablative, true fractional laser from Lumenis. We were thrilled to share our

latest device with the industry,” said Justin Richards, Manager of Aesthetic Marketing for the device company.

“We think ResurFX is the ideal fractional non-ablative skin-resurfacing device for practitioners, treating not only wrinkles, but scars and dyschromia. ResurFX incorporates new CoolScan ™ technology; a patent pending algorithm ensures precise, homogeneous and safe energy delivery. In addition, the ResurFX is the only one with continuous contact cooling, for safe treatment and patient comfort,” he concluded.

Video demonstration and impressive before and after photographs shared included that of a recent acid attack victim recently featured on BBC’s Crimewatch.
